- Reinstatment of the full invert, e.g. also before installing a GRP-Liner
- Suitable for non-accessible sewer pipes from DN 100 to DN 800 in circular and egg-shaped profiles
- Very economical rehabilitation method
Further properties
Reprolining 0.5 is an efficient invert rehabilitation process that aims to precisely rehabilitate damaged inverts of sewer pipes. This technique is particularly suitable for the targeted rehabilitation of damaged sewer inverts in non-accessible areas with a diameter of DN 100 to DN 800. Reprolining 0.5 shows its strengths for both circular and egg-shaped profiles. This process is also the ideal preparation for advanced techniques such as the centrifugal casting process or pipe lining. Discover the versatile application possibilities of Reprolining 0.5 for the precise repair of your sewers.
- Very robust construction and reusable
- Most economical solution to restore the invert
- Suitable for non-accessible ducts up to DN 800 in circular and egg-shaped profiles
- Preparatory measure for centrifugal coating or pipe lining
- Reprolining 0.5 is a process according to DWA-M 143-17
- The WW mortars used are tested and certified in accordance with DIN19573
Application
- Step 1: Preparation with sewer robot: Use of a modern sewer robot for milling work to remove coarse deposits and intruding lateral connections
- Step 2: Thorough cleaning with high-pressure water: Removal of loose particles, separating agents and deposits by thorough cleaning with high-pressure water.
- Step 3: Removal of standing water: Remove standing water from the pipe by suction or using compressed air.
- Step 4: Installation in the starting shaft: Placement of a packer in the position in the starting shaft. Closure of the house connections within the section to be rehabilitated with a bladder. If necessary, installation of a wastewater transfer line.
- Step 5: Preparation for reprofiling: Pulling in a traction cable. Connection with the reprofiling device. Careful preparation of the WW ERGELIT mortar in a pan mixer.
- Step 6: Applying the ERGELIT mortar: Apply the freshly mixed ERGELIT mortar in front of the reprofiling device. A winch is used to pull the material through the pipe in the direction of flow.
- Step 7: Even distribution of the material: Ensure even distribution of the material in the cavities of the invert.
- Step 8: Checking the remediation result: Comprehensive camera inspection to check the remediation result.
- Step 9: Pressurizing with waste water: After about 2 hours, depending on the WW ERGELIT mortar used, the reprofiled sewer can be put back into operation.
