Sewer renovation with the WW coating mortars according to DIN 19573 ERGELIT dry mortar KS is "the" cost-effective and technically high-quality alternative to total sewer replacement, and is therefore preferable for urban planning reasons.
The ERGELIT KS1 or ERGELIT KS2 is only mixed with water at the construction site. It is pumped from the mixer to the installation site via hose lines and propelled onto the wall with the help of a centrifugal motor.
The high centrifugal energy results in excellent adhesion to the substrate, which is further enhanced by the bonding agents and adhesives mixed into the KS.
Due to the short setting time of ERGELIT Dry Mortar KS, dewatering of the sewer system is only necessary during working hours. The water load time is only 4 hours after lining. All in all, a very economical system.
